Spine Surgery
Our Center of Excellence for Spine diagnoses and treats conditions from age-related degeneration and disc herniation to spinal stenosis and complex deformity, using Minimally Invasive Spinal Fixation alongside bone-density screening and modern physical therapy. The interdisciplinary team — surgeons, nurses, physical therapists, and social workers — also runs the "Back Care Project," a public program on back pain management and prevention.

Brain Tumor & Neuro-oncology
Our Center of Excellence for Brain Tumor manages primary and metastatic brain and spinal cord tumors with precision surgical technique, alongside a One-Stop Facial Clinic that integrates the institute's neurosurgeons and ophthalmologists with plastic surgeons from Lerdsin Hospital to restore facial structure and balance. The department also holds a monthly "Rama-NCI-NIT tumor conference" together with Ramathibodi Hospital's Faculty of Medicine, Mahidol University, and the National Cancer Institute to plan individualized, multidisciplinary treatment.

Functional Neurosurgery
