Preparing for Surgery

What to expect before, during, and after surgery

Before surgery

Follow fasting instructions from your care team, disclose allergies and existing conditions, and bring insurance documents and relevant test results.

Day of surgery

Arrive at the hospital at your scheduled time. Our nursing team will confirm readiness and walk you through the process before you enter the operating room.

03

After surgery

Recovery is supervised by our medical and nursing team, with follow-up visits and physical therapy arranged as appropriate.

Do I need a referral letter before treatment?
Patients under the Universal Coverage or Social Security schemes may need a referral from their registered facility. Please check your coverage's requirements before your visit.
Which payment / coverage schemes are accepted?
We accept civil servant medical benefit, social security, universal coverage, and self-pay patients. Please bring documents confirming your coverage.
What should I do in an after-hours emergency?
Neurosurgical emergencies can be brought to the emergency department 24 hours a day — no referral is required for emergency care.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Your ID card, appointment card, coverage documents, and any prior imaging or test results from other facilities, if available.
